STORY:
The Kira Task Force has been unable to get further in their investigation. L still suspects Light of being Kira, even if it is only 5%, but has yet to come across any solid proof.
In order to help further the investigation, L has called in outside forces, each with their own special talents. One of which is Aidrian Monk.
OTHER:
That's the basic idea. Original characters are also welcome, so long as they either help L or Kira. Keep in mind, this story is AU.
RULES:
1. You must play at least one Death Note or Monk character.
2. No limit on characters.
3. You must have a bio for your OC (if you have one).
4. Romance between characters is allowed.
5. OCs can have either psychic powers (within reason) or a death note, not both.
6. Any Death Note or Monk characters not taken will become NPCs.

History- Born into the Asakura family, a half Japanese, half American family. She was born with the ability to see and speak with ghosts and shinigami (though she's only met ghosts). Rina's father was a cop, which gave her the drive to become a detective. Because of her psychic abilities, she choose to take on cases involving the occult. She took the alias of Avalon to protect her family.
In high school, she was friends with FBI agent Naomi Misora.
Due to her odd imagination, she sometimes tends to think like a criminal.
